When calling TeraKuu support, you can prepare by downloading our remote support software to save time. Using this software you can allow the support to use your computer as if they were there – remember to close any applications and content that you don’t want the support to see.
Using the remote support is easy as you can follow the movements of the mouse while the support is guiding you. Using remote support is safe as you need to allow the remote control connection, so you are in control.
